My Sacrifice

Hello my friends, we meet again.

I wrote in a previous article that I always 'Loved First' It's true, in all aspects of my life I would choose for love. So lets unpackage that, because it's not as simple as 'love' you might think I'm talking about.

In my work life, life in the construction industry, my love for my staff would mean, I would do many things to get my staff to realise their full potential. Sometimes I would have to fire them, sometimes I would show them how I would do something, I would take the tough jobs and let them do the easy ones. There is one thing I always did though, that there was no mistaking, I was on their team, I would always defend them. I would never let any other try and attack them. Their my staff, I'll look after them thank you, My Way!

When it comes to clients, I always listened to them, pretty sure I've never had an unhappy client, why, becuase I listen, no mountain is high enough and no valley low enough for my clients.

I've taken everything I hate about the building process and thrown it in the bin. I'm only bringing what I love to the process. It starts with the clients vision, you come to me with your vision. I'll know what you want, I've been able to vision a finsihed home since before I can remember.
