Integrity Solutions
We partner with companies to fuel sales performance, grow talent, lift up customers and elevate leaders.
Our latest My Road to Integrity employee spotlight is with Ben Cascaddon, a great recent addition to the Integrity team. Get to know more about Ben and his journey.
How did you first get introduced to Integrity Solutions and what stood out to you about the firm?
A few years ago, I was introduced to Mike, Bruce, and Harriet through a mutual connection about a potential opportunity to join the team.?While the stars weren’t aligned at that time, we stayed in touch over the years and when the opportunity to work together opened back up months ago, we made it happen!
How have your first few months with the firm gone so far?
It’s been a fantastic first few months being able to work and learn alongside some exceptionally talented colleagues.?I’ve been involved in numerous internal and external discussions around sales, sales strategy & effectiveness, and one thing is for sure; we are leading the charge in the way people (sellers and buyers) interact with each other. We strive to help produce more of those “best sales experiences” we’ve all had in our lives both professionally and personally.
What are you most often seeing and hearing in conversations with sales leaders right now that they are wrestling with?
External factors leaders bring up: the uncertainty and volatility of the business world for the remainder of 2023 and most likely into 2024.?
Internal factors on their minds: being able to use this an opportunity to adapt, innovate, become more agile and lead their teams in more effective ways.?They are dealing with the human side of their teams now and not just the business/metrics side. This is somewhat foreign to a lot of them.?

Thankfully, there are companies like Integrity Solutions that are experts in addressing the critical mental side of selling, coaching and customer service...
What are some of the biggest lessons you’ve learned in your own sales career?
1.) The importance of relationships. Try to build trust, rapport, and mutual respect with everyone you meet.
2.) The Power of Persistence- Sales is hard. Maybe harder than it's ever been. But it's also such n important role. Persistence is a big key to success. Stay committed to your goals even when you are rejected or have inevitable setbacks.
3.) The Value of Communication. As Alan Fine has said, “SayDoCo: say what you are going to do, do what you say, and communicate when you can’t.”
4.) The Need for Continuous Learning. Business (and life...) is always evolving.?Stay up to date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices. Seek out knowledge, be creative and willing to try new things, and acquire new skills; you’ll stay ahead of the competition.
What are you doing when you’re away from work?
We have a very active family life.?Most weeknights/weekends are spent at the soccer fields with the kids. In the off-season, we love exploring new destinations here in the states and abroad.
