My Road to Integrity.

This week's My Road to Integrity employee spotlight is with Randy Leiker, another of our newest team members! We're so thrilled to have Randy as part of the Integrity team. Get to know more about him and his journey.

How did you get introduced to Integrity Solutions? As a prospective client…A few years ago, my company at that time recognized we needed processes and training for our sales and customer experience teams, as we had to replace the two individuals that accounted for 95% of the company’s sales.?No easy task... On top of that, we were experiencing an attrition of clients and needed to step up our game on that side as well.

I researched five or six different training organizations, including Integrity, who was in the final two.?And I ended up experiencing Integrity firsthand, going through Integrity Selling, further cementing them as the perfect organization to take our organization to the next level.?Their principles-based and holistic program matched with time lapse repetition was exactly what we needed.???

How have your first few months with the firm gone so far? Incredible!?I’m watching and experiencing the Integrity culture come alive.?The support, encouragement, and warm welcome I’ve received shows that we practice what we preach.?The "5 F’s" of our culture (Fast, Friendly, Flexible, Focused, and Fun) show up in every encounter- internally and externally.?On top of that, I've been able to get to see the impact on the people and organizations we serve.?To hear the stories of employees who have benefited at work and at home warms my heart and inspires me to do more.??

What are you hoping to accomplish the rest of your first year with the company? In a word, serve.?While the first part of this year has been to learn everything Integrity does and how our programs and services benefit the industries we work with, the second half is all about serving.?There is such a HUGE need for sales training and leadership development in the marketplace that goes beyond the how and gets to the why. It’s my role to facilitate the conversations that lead to growth, creating successful and long-lasting partnerships that cause employees and their organizations to reach their fullest potential.

What are some of your favorite things to do away from work? Our passions really revolve around creating life adventures, especially outdoors.?From being a football coach to supporting musical theater to weekly hikes, our weekends are typically jam-packed with our kids’ activities.?On top of that we love to camp, travel, and explore new areas together while learning something new.?Fun fact, we’ve now been to 19 of the 63 national parks as a family and we're excited to see more!?I'm also a huge Kansas City Chiefs fan... ????
