My Quarantine Diary

Quarantine is not a sin it's a bliss ?? We get our own time to self care ????Many a times we felt so bad in office that we ask for leave and we don't get it???? So try to enjoy this quarantine period because we may not get this holidays again. We don't need to panic it's just that we need to stay at home and be safe. Don't see the news often which makes us scared of the current situation. Try to give your time to yourself, not to fake news on virus.

It's been 19 days of quarantine for me in Malaysia, KL all alone. 9 more days left to get over it and go back to India.

Things I do to be positive and happy during quarantine are: Imagine (No TV, No Friends, No Relatives, No Neighbours) :

- Drink Neem + Garlic boiled water every morning as I wake up. It serves as good immunity booster and keeps me have healthy skin and body.

- Cardio workout for 30 minutes and 10 minutes of meditation and take shower which keeps me always fresh and active.

- Light Breakfast like brown bread, vermicelli, eggs, wheat dosa etc...

- Try new variety of cooking using the available items. This is the time to explore our creativity in everything.

- Post breakfast, I dance for sometime to my favourite songs which helps me relax and also be fit and happy.

- I usually skip my lunch because as we aren't doing much physical tasks and being home all day. I feel I want to have two meals to be healthy, but in-between I take some ginger tea and fruits during noon to compensate it.

- Then I enhance my skills in technology and do some social media postings and enjoy learning new things everyday in Google.

- Play Rubik's and online games which keeps me challenging.

- Then I would start cooking my dinner, I prefer to have my dinner early by 8.30 pm and try to go-to sleep by 10 pm and wake up by 7 am. Sleep is also a very important factor for our immunity so early dinner and sleep are very important for a healthy lifestyle.

- Be it anything try to bring your hidden talents and creativity out in this time which helps you big time and feel positive. I usually do tiktok videos sometime that really helps me to feel good about myself because I love acting and singing.
