My Promise to My Dealer Partners

*** LONG READ BUT WELL WORTH IT **


My promise to my incoming and existing dealer partners:


1) Accessible: I make myself accessible via phone, email, text, and even FaceTime (El Patronn used to do this all the time) for any time of help I can lend. I also schedule one-on-ones with managers/salespeople to help them learn the in and outs of the system constantly. Ask around, I MAKE myself available after the initial partnership is formed.


2) Tried and True: With close to 1,000 dealer partners in the country over the last 8 years we have grown every year. More and more dealers are coming to us as a solution for their dealership for a defined process, training, and product knowledge/information. We have an attrition rate of around 3% currently with most coming from a buy/sell of a dealership.


3) Growth: Your sales team and management team (if you're an owner) will grow daily. The more the system is used and studied; the better they will learn it. This teaches your team company culture, package information, trim levels, etc. If you use it YOU WILL GROW professionally. We also teach, through our system, the ability to close a sale quicker and more efficiently as well as teach your salespeople how to know what the customer's main decision or objections pieces are.


4) Transparency: Exactly what our system was designed around. In a world where information is KING (sorry relationships), this is crucial. We show the CarFax or AutoCheck, Mechanical Checklists, Service Repair Orders, etc in your Packets already; but now I want to be more transparent. Anything I can do to help you grow (good and bad news) I will be transparent with you. If I think something isn't a good idea, due to experience with thousands of trainings and dealers; I will ask for permission to be honest and then let you know. Transparency is key in a customer to dealer relationship is extremely key in ME maintaining successful dealer partnerships.
