My Project Management Journey

My Project Management Journey

2014: Began my career as a Developer.

2018: Transitioned into Project Management and Leadership roles.

2019: Pursued formal studies in Project Management, discovering it as my true professional passion.

2020: Achieved PMP Certification—an accomplishment I take great pride in and continue to leverage in my career.

2021: Recognized as a contributor to the PMBOK? Guide – 7th Edition for my contributions and reviews during 2020.

2023: Contributed to the PgMBOK? Guide – 5th Edition by providing insights on Agile methodologies, even while still gaining exposure to Program Management.

2024: Earned PgMP Certification, marking another significant and fulfilling milestone in my career journey.

(Starting in 2023, I began exploring and actively learning about Product Management, Artificial Intelligence, and related fields to complement and enhance my Project Management expertise.)

My key advice for those planning to work internationally is to focus not only on gaining valuable experience but also on obtaining globally recognized certifications. As the saying goes, "Before you say anything, show me what you’ve got." In today’s context, it has evolved to, "Before you say anything, show me your experiences and certifications." These credentials can significantly strengthen your professional credibility on the global stage.
