My Portfolio

LinkedIn isn't a good place for a video portfolio since the redesign. Fortunately Adobe Creative Cloud comes with a free subscription to myportfolio.com. I've been building this since last year, and highly recommend the service for a quick, easy, and clean portfolio solution. I built the first version of mine in half a day, and it takes me a few minutes to add new items. If you can build a facebook post, you can probably build a portfolio site with this service. In other news, I'm working on getting my Davinci Resolve editor certification, as I think it's all in one post solution is ready to take over the pro video post world. It might have its own quirks and issues, but I'll be happy to leave Adobe Premiere Pro bug purgatory as soon as possible. Davinci Resolve's edit panel has been through 4 major release revisions and seems to be ready for primetime. The Fairlight audio mixing panel was added one major release ago, and the newest release adds the highly developed node based compositing and motion graphics solution Fusion into their streamlined panel workflow. One piece of software covers all aspects of post, with their color and compositing solutions having decades of industry standard usage, and the Fairlight audio name goes way way back too. I'll update this post after I finish my Ripple training and Davinci Resolve Editor certification. (This article is not sponsored by anyone.)
