Interestingly, out of this 350 page book, not more than 10 pages are on Mr. X. Rest all is about the journey of self transformation of the protagonist. Mr. X is not only a person, it could be a situation, thought or incident which challenges us. Mostly people feel like a victim and blame Mr. X, whine and crib. Things only get worse unless we change our perspective and look within. Things get better only with taking personal accountability. There are millions in corporates who blame bosses, peers and HR policies for their sorrows. But once they realise that changes begin with them, their hidden powers and faculties start becoming alive. A beautiful world starts unfolding around them and the same Mr. X who was there to dare and challenge them initially, becomes the seed for some of the best opportunities.
