I apologize for the delay in sharing my PgMP exam experience. I would like to outline my two-month study plan.
?? Initially, I read the PgMBOK 5th Edition. While there might be confusion about whether to study the 4th or 5th edition, similar to the PMP's transition from 6th to 7th, the core concepts and knowledge remain largely consistent. As I was involved in reviewing the 5th edition draft, I found it more familiar and opted to study that version.
?? Another material required to read for exam is PgMP Exam Content Outline(E.C.O). Examining the Exam Content Outline (ECO) is crucial for all PMI exams. The ECO serves as a blueprint, outlining the exam format, structure, and potential scenarios that may be covered.
?? Next, I created detailed notes based on the PgMBOK 5th Edition and the Exam Content Outline (ECO), covering each domain and knowledge area.
?? Following a thorough review of my notes, I completed over 1,000 practice quizzes to reinforce my understanding of the exam material
?? Additionally, I focused on memorizing key calculation formulas, such as CBR, ROI, CV, SV, CPI, SPI, and NPV. CBR and ROI calculations included mostly.
Hope my experience and study plan can be helpful to others preparing for the PgMP exam. Cheers!
