My Perspective

Creative products for the hospitality market and Commercial Photographer
Whether it’s the village green or a mountain range in Switzerland. I enjoy the challenge of capturing images that embody the spirit of the outdoors.
Creating the image that captures your attention and draws you into the photograph is something i strive for and with no rigid rules as to what landscape photography is, I have the freedom to combine architectural elements to the scene.
My style of photograph is perhaps art based and therefore creating the unusual or dramatic from a simple scene is something I certainly enjoy. ?
I try to tell a story and look for opportunity to create a sense of feeling or mood of the photograph. Simple adjustments in light can change the feel and tell a completely different story. It can turn a mundane scene into something which captures the imagination.
The focus of the image should always remain the same, but colours and light simply offer an alternative view and feel to the photograph.
I often go back the same location and yet I never come back with the same image. It’s the part of being a photographer which challenges me.
