My Perspective On Challenging Times
Challenging times never last, but resilient people do.
Now is a time where positivity, resiliency and perspective couldn’t be any more important.
At almost every turn, I am seeing fear, uncertainty and doubt - All experiences I have also felt over recent weeks.
With that said, as with all scenarios in life, the situation is what it is, but how we choose to receive and respond to it, is a choice.
Today, we find ourselves in a situation that none of us have ever experienced before. Yet we have the same level of empowerment for autonomous decision making that we have always had before.
Right now, we all have a choice:
To let circumstances distract us, derail us from our goals and halt our progress.
Or
To accept what is happening, plan accordingly and commit ourselves to a daily cadence of progression.
Years ago, I came to learn that life is all about perspective and as dire as times appear to be, we must all make a choice to unify our efforts, weather the storm and march onwards.
I am treating each day as I would any working day - I wake up, exercise, meditate, set a plan and execute.
We're all having to make adjustments due to limited mobility but that in itself is the point, we are all in this together.
Life always throws curveballs our way, some larger than others. I am writing this post, not to be ignorant of the fact that we're in challenging times. But to say, agnostic of the circumstances, choose to the best person that leads by example and positively contributes to progression as opposed to the opposite.

5 å¹´Amen. I definitely will share. The media won't say it, but 98% of the people that get this will get better. Just wait a week or two and let's see if they share those stories. They probably won't because "if it bleeds, it leads". Anything for increased click rates. God bless and be well Alex and family.
