My Personal Rules for 2022 'Living with Integrity & Grit'

Advice for 2022

Faking it is no longer a thing. I mean, many people have said “Fake it til’ you make it” and I think the ONLY acceptable reference to this phrase I even acknowledge is an in-experienced person who needs to gain experience over a short duration of time until they gain such experience and qualifies legitimately to serve in said position.?

For me it’s time to weed out the fake.?While this didn’t make my top 10 goals for 2022 published yesterday, I would say that in my subset of 10 rules I intend to follow that will guide and support the 10 Goals is this one at the very top and these others I list here:

10 Rules I will follow in 2022:

1.?I will not follow or foolishly be ferried by anyone fake.?In fact, if I believe someone to be fake in their promotion of their experience through business vetting, I will definitely examine to a point of conclusion.??

????-?Our industry has allowed many fake people to lead with zero experience.?I will not and cannot be coached or taught or lead by somebody who has not attained experience that makes them an expert through example and result.?Don’t be fooled.?For instance, if you say you’re a mortgage expert, you better have written a lot of loans.?If you want to coach others on businesses, you better have successfully run your own.?Etc etc.

2.?Removing Waste.?We throw out the trash every day.?Useless scraps of nothingness wrapped around the meats and fruits of our nourishment.?We throw out and discard what we see as scrap, useless objects.?We throw away broken things that cannot be fixed or saved.?

So why are we keeping company with so many people who are taking up our time and energy but serve zero nourishment to our lives.?

Choose your mates wisely, friends or business wise.?Make sure everyone at your table betters your life and life’s purpose.?

Definitely remove those who are taking from you, whether peace or other.?

3.?Stop talking Start doing!?Time to do more and say less.?Need I say more??

Execution is the vibe in 2022.?Nobody has time for anything else.?

4.?Get organized.?Organizational tools are a trillion-dollar industry.?Look around.?Make a shopping list for the things you need to create efficiency.??

Time.?The one thing we can’t get more of unless we move the things taking our precious time to fast lanes.?WE CREATE THE FAST LANES!?Conversely, we often create the traffic jams too.?Think about it.?

5.?Your body is your home.?How are you caring for it??How much time, energy and focus do you put on your body??This was my #1 Goal and I am already healthy and fit, but I think I can do more.?I will do more.?

Is your bodies home in tip top shape or the shambles? Nobody is coming to repair it for you.?Nobody can make it last but you.?

6.?Your mind if a beautiful vehicle.?What do you do to help your mind stay in a broaden and build mindset??I teach the studies of Barbara L Frederickson Professor University of NC who performed studies on choosing happiness as a precursor to success.??Do you read, write, surround yourself with thought provoking people, mind what you put in your mind and surroundings and pray to a belief you control your own mind??You can.?Focus on this.?Total game changer.?

7.?Your loved ones are not here permanently either.?Spend time with your elders and loved ones.?You won’t know til you know how fast and precious their time is.?Live with no regrets here.?

8.?Save Money.?Pay your bills.?Do good.?Yes, do nice things you work hard but save.?And save a lot.?If you don’t know how to invest find someone who does.?The rainy days will come and in some parts of our lives won’t quit.?They are coming.?Whether you’re ready for it or not.

9.?Listen to your children.?When your children speak listen.?The answers to your worse nightmares lay in your ability to provide lessons for life and examples by hearing their cries for help, answering their questions and showing them by example how to lead an honest and good life.?

10.?Live with purpose.?Integrity is attractive.?Sexy even. And rare.?It’s easy to find liars and cheats, gossipers and haters.?Look around for the great guys.?Be a great person.?Be good.?We need more of it.
