Hey Friend, 2022 is here, and with the new year, we have new hopes, aspirations, and goals. I strongly suggest taking the bull by the horns and doing everything in your power to lead a glorious and mighty life in 2022.?Today's newsletter is all about the next 12 months!
Looking at past years, especially the recent ones, I have realized that no matter what you do and how you live, one thing that always delivers is Mindset. Yes - Mindset. You can be the highest and most affluent person around. Still, with a negative and shitty mindset, you will always be miserable to yourself and others around you. On the other hand, if you are a forward-looking, positive thinker, action-oriented, and goal chasing ninja, you will spread that energy to everyone around you and, in fact, lead a life much more fulfilled than others. With that, I have compiled a few points for myself to lead a mighty life in 2022. I was not planning to share this with anyone, but hey, what the hell? It's the new year, and if it helps you stay motivated, then why not. Again this is my personal list but feel free to take whatever you can from it and adapt, improvise and use.?
My Personal Success Strategy #1 - Start Every Day with a Big Wet Sloppy Thanks?
You woke up; that's a miracle unfolding itself every single day. Your organs are working, you have some movement in your limbs, and you can think. Isn't that a wonderful feeling? Contrary to that image, you do not wake up one day, I mean, that will be a day for sure, and I do not mean to be negative, but I am trying to be positive. .. you get the point...Give a big giant thanks to your creator, the Universe, The Universal Forces of Good, or whatever drives your heart. It's truly a blessing. I have decided to be grateful for 25 things in my life every morning that I wake up, and I think we all have incredible things in our lives we can be thankful for. Are you in? take a journal and keep it beside your bed... OR use an app or your fingers.... DO IT !
My Personal Success Strategy #2 - Develop a Superhero Mindset
For me, a superhero is not just someone with extraordinary powers or superpowers. It is someone that grows out of their comfort zone, does what everyone, including them, thinks is impossible or complex, and in the end, saves the day. In the last two years, we have seen many superheroes. From healthcare workers to retail workers and countless others who worked their tail off providing for their families. How do you develop a superhero Mindset? I believe we can create a superhero mindset by thinking that we can do more than we are supposed to. That we have a voice where we can change something. That we are capable of going beyond our wildest imagination and doing what it takes to make a difference. I have decided to live every day thinking that I have more capabilities that I am aware of and can find out how much by pushing myself a little bit every day.?I have decided to develop a superhero mindset. Can you join me in thinking this way everyday for the rest of the year ?
My Personal Success Strategy #3 - Plan More than I Can Do
If you have already made your list of goals., targets, and plans for 2022, then you're on your way to achieving them. If you were partying most of the end of last year, and have not had an opportunity to think about the rest of your life, that's fine too. .. let's just focus on it now...Goals are something that I have always envisioned and used to progress in my life. Yes, of course, it's not a perfect process. Last year I have had an incredible opportunity to work with Dan Sullivan of Strategic Coach fame which has made a huge impact on my personal and work life. As a result, this year my biggest goal is to do more than I can do. That's the goal, really. Do more than I can do, and for this, I really have to push myself to have aggressive, big goals that scare the jeepers out of me. I really encourage you to take a pencil and a notebook and find 10 minutes in solace. Write down as many things you want to achieve in your life, and then break them down Into how you would like to do them in 2022 and how many of them can you fit in the next 12 months. Make your goals audacious, loud, and obnoxiously impossible to achieve if that's what makes you happy. Very realistically, there will be things that you will miss out on, but it doesn't mean that you do not have them on your list of things to do. An unrealistic list of identified goals are a million times better than a realistic nonexistent list of goals? Get writing on your list right now.
My Personal Success Strategy #4 - Believe in My Extraordinary Powers
Now that your goals have been written. How do you go about achieving them? There's a really great book about eating an elephant and the short answer is one bite at a time. For goals to be achieved, you have to be realistic, and you have to schedule activities that will help you achieve those goals. You have to build habits that will create those activities to help you achieve those goals.
And most importantly is the utilization of time. How do you use your time to be productive and streamline the process of achieving your goals? The power of belief here is significant in planning your goals and also in your capacity to attain them. If you don't believe that you deserve to have specific goals on your list, then you will never achieve them because you will never end up writing them down.
Even after you've written your goals down and you believe you will never achieve some of them, it's tough for you to go for it and to commit them to really. Find your calling, and to achieve the goals, you have to believe in yourself and your capacity. To change, and align your life So that You reach your goals. This year I plan to believe in myself more than I have ever done. An excellent way to do that is to look at your past successes. Ask yourself how I have achieved my past goals and what I did to achieve them. Positive thinking is not about getting high on a substance and then unrealistically being Happy about the future but it's really about being practical and having proof from your past. Dan Sullivan's positive focus technique helped me achieve this really well. I highly recommend you start with a positive mindset every day by looking at what you have been able to do and how you have succeeded so far!
My Personal Success Strategy #5 - Add More to the Lives of Others
I had the opportunity to ao an exercise towards the end of last year, essentially to figure out what I wanted to do for the rest of my life. In other words, it was also about what am I capable of doing or what would fulfill me the most for me. One thing really stood out and it was "Live a life of contribution". For me, living the life of contribution means adding value to the lives of others, helping change the state of others, whether it's my friends, family, customers, clients, or people that I don't even know. With so much going on in today's date and age, it is difficult to sometimes focus on our priorities. It becomes kind of necessary to sit down and to think about what would fulfill you?. Try to take some time and think about it.

My Personal Success Strategy #6 - Be Afraid & Take the Next Step
Have you ever been afraid to move forward with something? Maybe it was an important decision or a significant change in doing something. Sometimes doing new things is scary, and I have observed this. Many, Many Times Now, thinking about something for the first time is challenging and frightening. But the more you think about things or a particular thing, and it becomes straightforward. My goal for this year is to be very scared of my goals, , and if I'm not scared of my goals, they are not high enough. If we do not challenge ourselves, we are not gaining much, and as they say, there is growth in adaptation. This year one of my primary goals is to Be very afraid. Of what I Intend to do it. In fact, over the last few days, I've been thinking about some of the surprising things I could do this year. Some things that are terrifying for me personally are Bungee jumping, Skydiving, Jumping in a pit of snakes, swimming in a Dark deep ocean in the middle of the night, scaling an ice Cold Mountain alone, swimming in frozen icy waters, and many other things that Scare the Crap out of me.?Exciting times ahead.... What are some of the things that you want and that scare you?
My Personal Success Strategy #7 - Never Give Up on Myself
I feel that we give up on ourselves constantly and many times a day. One of the things that I want to challenge myself this year is to never give up on myself. This means, no matter how hard the goal, no matter how steep the climb, or how creepy the prospect, never back down. What could possibly go wrong? We are already flying through space at breakneck speeds on a tiny planet called earth. We already have hundreds of ways we could die every single day, and it's a miracle that we are surviving. I think it's time to live life a little bit bolder than we do and to embrace the fact that we are meant to do greater and bigger things, no matter how large they seem. There are countless stories of people surpassing their challenges and their limitations to grow and to live a bigger-than-life presence. My personal goal this year is not to give up on anything you undertake until I succeed. Can you embrace that statement?
My Personal Success Strategy #8 - Act on my Shit
The biggest and most important thing that you can ever do in the entirety of your life is to do what you promised to do: work on what you thought needed to be done. Working with small, medium, and substantial organizations over the last many years, I find that one of the biggest reasons for failure is the lack of execution or the soddy ass second-grade execution that companies and people do. I've worked with a few companies that had a great vision and good ideas but lacked—execution perfection. As a result, they always stayed stagnated and could not rise above—their mediocre level. We often blame leaders for the lack of execution, however, it is execution at every level within an organization that determines its fate. Execution is also about accountability, both at a personal level and at a broader organizational level. If you really want to achieve your goals this year, act on your commitments. This means working on things you commit yourself to, acting on your goals, vision, and everything you dream of, and conceiving yourself to become at the end of your journey. My personal goal for this year is to act more and plan less. This means plan stuff out, and then execute, execute and execute. Of course, with all execution comes measurement and tweaking the action when necessary.
