My Only Regret is........ Falling in love with you

"You deceived me," I whispered, my voice quivering with a mix of heartbreak and betrayal, as I stared into his eyes. The room seemed to close in around us, and for a moment, I wished it was all just a cruel nightmare.

"I'm sorry," he muttered, his gaze avoiding mine, but it was too late for apologies.

"Why?" I choked out, my voice trembling as a tear slid down my cheek, mirroring the crimson trail on the floor.

"Why?" I screamed.

"All this time, you were the criminal." My voice quivered with anger and disbelief, my world unraveling before me.

"How do you feel now, knowing you made a complete fool out of me? While I've been working tirelessly day and night to catch the very criminal who was right in front of me? Do you enjoy it? DO YOU ENJOY THE WHOLE THING? You killed, you destroyed lives, and you deceived me."

As I backed away, my trembling hand reached instinctively for the handcuffs at my belt. My eyes were wide with a mix of fear, anger, and hurt. The more I stared at him, the more our memories kept flooding in.

"Hemy," he called and took a step further.

"Don't move closer," I warned, my voice trembling but firm. "Not even a step. You're going to rot in jail, just like the wanted criminal you are."

Tears streamed down my face as I continued, my voice raw with sorrow and the pain of betrayal.

"You made me fall in love with you like a fool," I accused, my voice cracking.

"Why did you do it? WHYYYYYYYYY?" I cried out, my heart sinking as if it had been stabbed.

"Everything was fake, right?" I asked, my voice breaking even more.

"Your promises, your feelings, everything was a cruel facade. You came into my life just to use me. Huh? "

He nodded.

"Wow... I'm such a fool to believe everything," I whispered, my voice filled with a painful realization.

Silence hung heavily in the room, the weight of his actions and my shattered trust overwhelming us both. This was our goodbye, and it was filled with a deep ache that words couldn't fully express.

"You faked everything," I finally managed to say, my voice barely more than a whisper. I pulled out my handcuffs, wiped away my tears, and moved closer to him. "You’re under arrest, Mr. Armstrong," I said as I handcuffed him.

"Please, Hemy..."

"You know what?" I stared at his face, cutting his words short. "I don't regret knowing you... I only regret falling in love with you."

As he stood there, the truth hung in the air, and the realization that this was the END added another layer of drama to our grim confrontation.

The room felt heavy with emotions, the pain of betrayal cutting deeper than any knife, and the knowledge that he was now on the run, hunted by the law, added a somber note to our farewell.

"I'm sorry," he repeated, but his apology seemed to wither in the face of the emotions that swirled around us.
