I share my ditzy interview technique which resembles a scene from the movie Bridget Jones’s Diary when my radio editor sent me out to ‘interview’ the Oasis guitarist Noel Gallagher the day before they played the Knebworth festival in 1997!? At the time I had never heard of ‘doorstepping’.?

Another funny story. I recently came across a Sky documentary about paparazzi, and this little clip featuring Oasis bad boy frontman Liam Gallagher popped up….
Guess who was trying to get a radio interview outside his local shop in Abbey Road in 1997.
