My North Star, My Vision

12 months ago I had a vision of bringing together a group of senior leaders from different organisations to share, grow and unlock their potential in a safe space and The Visionary Leader was born.

I have always been on a mission that 'everyone deserves access to great leadership’ this drives my own leadership and training.? I have a desire and need to unlock potential in leaders so that they in turn can unlock potential in their own teams.

During the last 2 and a half days we, together as a group, have experienced incredible light bulb moments, action planning, growth, laughter and sharing.

It exceeded all my expectations and the group of 8 senior leaders will continue to grow together and support each other throughout their careers.

A great course, engaging, informative and fun. Gilly and Angela are both great at guiding you on your path to become a more effective leader.

The 1st night ice breaker allowed the group to start bonding and getting to know each other that meant we was able to interact, share and talk to each other and provide information and support on this.

Brilliant couple of days, professionally, personally and had the opportunity to meet a great bunch of varied, open leaders and feel renewed and recharged as I head back to the day job.

Also a huge thank you I have my mojo back and I truly value the last few days. I have learnt ?so much and have taken on board so many things. I feel so refreshed and now can take? on the wonderful world of ?my business. I will skip into work.

I do feel like I need to sleep for a week now…………….. I am back to it tomorrow coaching some incredible female leaders with a spring in my step and a lightness and peace in my mind that my work might actually be nearly done!
