My next short film is now in development!

In the depths of 2020, I quietly took the first step on a crazy journey: establishing my own production company, Breaking Jar Ltd.

As you have probably heard me say by now, the mission of Breaking Jar is to bring about?real-life change through fictional films and media telling meaningful stories.?The?current goal is to be both a production company and a storytelling community, which means:?we make great films, AND we help you to make your own!

For the past year, I've been very focussed on that second part - providing tools and resources, to help people bring their own films to life, smoothly and affordably, with the best results. We now have a whole range of products and free content available for keen storytellers, and have even hosted?some live workshops where people have started making progress with their own scripts!

The reason I'm so excited?today is because, at long last, the time has come to take things forward on that first part too.

If you are wondering what this story is about, I don't want to spoil too much just yet... but let's just say, it's a new story exploring themes of personal sacrifice, isolation, and how we motivate ourselves to keep going when driven by a strong purpose, all told within a unique setting which I've been dreaming up for a while now!
