MY NEXT SEASON is excited to offer EARLY CAREER ADVISING

In response to requests from millennials in the workforce who don’t want to choose either “job” or “purpose,” but desire both, and companies wanting to develop and retain their most promising talent, My Next Season is excited to announce a new offering: Early Career Advising.

With the same caring approach and finely-honed methodology that clients have come to expect from My Next Season’s transition services, the firm now helps early career professionals gain personal insights and develop a plan for career advancement that is purposeful and fulfilling.

“Supporting the most capable generation of our lifetime, with objective career guidance and direction at a time when it’s most important and least available to them, is an honor,” notes Dr. Leslie Braksick, Co-Founder and Senior Partner of My Next Season. “Young professionals are looking for career growth and purpose in their work and companies want to inspire and retain their brightest and best. Those objectives are not in conflict—but each must be pursued with intentionality and clarity of thought and communications. We are excited to help.”

The program will be overseen by Jina Jayanetti, a My Next Season Advisor who has a track record of successful corporate leadership with such notable companies as Bank of America and General Electric.

“I have had the honor of working with Jina for more than a decade and have personally benefited from her visionary leadership and collaborative style,” says Mark Linsz, My Next Season Co-Founder and Senior Managing Partner. “I can think of no one better to lead this line of business for us than Jina.”

The Early Career Advising program includes:

·      Assessment tools and objective insights from an Industrial Psychologist

·      Introspective working sessions with a dedicated Advisor coupled with The My Next Season Career Advising Workbook

·      Personal brand messaging, including resume and LinkedIn profile help

·      Interactive interview prep workshop

·      Individualized action plan to set a clear path toward fulfilling career goals and purpose

My Next Season’s Early Career Advising services are highly customizable. Companies seeking to develop their most promising early career professionals may choose group workshops or one-on-one advising, adapting the program to fit their needs and timeline.

The program is tailor-made for young professionals, with built-in flexibility (assessments are completed online, and all advising/coaching sessions can be done virtually), a personalized approach, and a price point commensurate with the early stages of one’s career.

After successfully piloting their Early Career Advising services with several clients and receiving overwhelmingly positive feedback, My Next Season is expanding the program offering to the public.

My Next Season supports companies and individuals with important career transitions, ensuring they happen well. Increasingly, companies are using strategic talent management which is triggering early retirement, movement of leaders to new roles late in their careers, and a concern with engaging and retaining young professionals. My Next Season’s individualized, caring approach demonstrates an understanding of, and respect for, these transitions on both ends of the career continuum. Customized packages offer retirement transition, executive advising, and early career advising services to companies as part of their talent management strategy and to individuals seeking guidance on transitioning to their next season with clarity, optimism, and purpose.
