My New Year's wish for you

My New year's wish for you is that, no matter what circumstances you have to face in the future, you remember to be grateful for your breath and continue to grow with the experiences life brings your way.

Consider this perspective:

I've learnt, from the stories shared by the wonderful people around me, that the incidents that happen with you, are perfect for you and what you're going through at that time. These events aren't necessarily good or bad, big or small, life shattering or inconsequential. They just are.

It's often difficult to understand this when it happens, but on further speculation (and hopefully in the near future), you'll realize that these events were catalysts for your spiritual, mental and physical growth.

This perspective may help you LIVE while you BREATHE.... and if you remain grateful for your breath, you may live even better.

So, learn to live while you breathe...

Learn a new skill; Push the boundaries; Question all limitations; Step out of your comfort zone; Have the courage to say "No"; Value yourself and others; Surround yourself with people that inspire you; Stay away from those that criticize; Continue to encourage and inspire others; Develop a compassionate heart; Spread kindness

Do it for those that are not with us.

Do it for those they left behind.

Do it...out of gratefulness for your breath.

Wish you all a very happy and healthy new year!

Best regards,
