My new year cloth - We're getting a new look!

Within the final quarter of Last year, I found myself working and building a new interest -solving the problem of unemployment for Nigerian University students and fresh graduates.

This was influenced by my work on the #SpeakUpStandOutNG program which led to me starting LearnInStud .

As the saying goes, people mostly solve a problem they face too. I have had, and still have a share of this problem just like many other youths.

The first phase of this problem is being employable. The next is finding those opportunities, followed by securing them and lastly being able to sustain it also.

For many others, it gets even harder when you think of the fact that the problem is not just to work, but also to get that dignity you expect for the work you do. The lack of such dignity or as we know better know it, "value" could lead to less pay.

That introduces a major issue of being in poverty despite being employed.

This and many more are what I want to embark on a quest to solve this year.

This would lead to a change in the title of this newsletter. By the next time you get my sweet notes, you will be reading from a new title - Employability leverage.

This is following the title of the signature event I and my team hosted through LearnInStud last year.

One thing I won't promise you right now is, to send you a masterpiece of how to solve these problems. Rather, I will take you on a journey with me through this process, as I unravel how this could be done.
