As a seasoned professional with almost 30 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, clinical research, and healthcare industries and seven years as a Certified Executive Coach (currently certified by the Henley Business School) holding the ACC International Coaching Federation (ICF) Credential, I've seen firsthand the challenges and opportunities that women face in these fields. This inspired me to create an all-inclusive, comprehensive approach to women-only leadership development, making it the most efficient and impactful. ??

As a psychiatrist, psychotherapist, and well-being coach, special attention will be dedicated to psychological resilience, stress management, and burnout prevention programs. During these thirty years, I have had the privilege of working on psychiatry and neurology projects for leading pharma, biotech, and CRO companies, including GSK, Roche, UCB, Eli Lilly, Lundbeck, GH Research, ICON, Worldwide Clinical Trials, TFS Health Sciences, ClinChoice, and Clinilabs. I have also been actively involved with professional organizations such as the European College of Neuropsychopharmacology (ECNP), the Association of Clinical Research Professionals (ACRP), and the Healthcare Businesswomen's Association (HBA). ??

I am a current member of the International Coaching Federation and a Fellow at the Institute of Coaching, McLean Affiliate of Harvard Medical School. Additionally, I have been a member of the Forbes Coaches Council and have published articles on coaching in Forbes, BRAINZ Magazine, Clinical Researcher (official journal of ACRP), Life Science Leader, and the Institute of Coaching website. ??
