My New Research Published

I’m pleased to share that our latest study, "Complementary and Alternative Medicine Use among Cancer Patients in Iraq," is now published. This research delves into the reasons why many cancer patients in Iraq turn to complementary and alternative therapies, exploring how these practices fit into their lives and treatment journeys.

Understanding these choices is essential for healthcare professionals who want to provide well-rounded, respectful, and supportive care. It’s our hope that this work brings more awareness to the diverse needs and preferences of patients as they navigate complex health challenges.

This project was a meaningful journey, and I'm grateful to my co-authors and all who contributed. Together, we aim to make a difference in how we approach patient-centered cancer care.
