My new podcast about life lessons: “What I’ve Learned”
It’s been so exciting to have launched the new season of my podcast, “What I’ve Learned,” where I talk to people I love and admire about the lessons they’ve learned during this unprecedented year. It’s been a challenging time, but there’s so much wisdom to be found in sharing our stories with each other.
This week, we released our fourth episode with Adam Grant, author of the brilliant "Think Again.” We talked about what he’s learned about using the power of gratitude in his life and how the pandemic caused him to rethink his core values.
“My gratitude practice has not been to experience more gratitude — it's been to express more gratitude,” Grant said.
Other recent episodes feature guests like Van Jones, Jay Shetty and Bozoma Saint John.
In our first episode, Van and I talk about why COVID-19 was his well-being wake-up call. He shares what he's learned over the last year not only about self-care but about valuing himself beyond his very busy jobs as a CNN host and activist.

Now urgency is no longer about moving fast, but about intention and living every day with that purpose in mind.”
