My Mother Told me to Mind my own Business

I recently communicated with the American Society of Anesthesiology to ask how a address a written complaint about a Louisiana Anesthesiologist . I was contacted by an Attorney...not a Doctor. That tells all does it not.? We can have no frank discussion between peers about professional matters which is why most peer review is Sham Peer review. I am composing the letter but I wonder who will read it? The letter will be sent. I will publish it. One simple question though. Should I send it or listen to Mother? Please let me hear your thoughts.
