For more than a decade, I've been deeply immersed in the dynamic realm of early years education, and my journey alongside Montessori has been profoundly inspiring. Education, akin to a fundamental necessity like clean water, should be accessible to all, without hindrance.

I've been fortunate to engage with partners in the childcare business, Montessori teacher training programs, and franchising ventures, extending my reach across vibrant regions, including India, Hong Kong, Sri Lanka, Malaysia, Thailand, and Indonesia.

In a unique experience, I had the privilege of initiating and starting a childcare center in Kelapa Gading known as Montessori Children Academy, a venture between myself and Ibu Lirissa. This chapter of my journey not only deepened my understanding of Indonesia's rich culture and educational landscape but also ignited a deep-seated commitment to contribute significantly to Indonesia's educational future, in alignment with the ambitious goal of 2045.

Fifteen years ago, I coined the phrase "MyMontessoriMyLove" to encapsulate the immense affection and dedication I hold for Montessori education.
