My Monday blues are vibrant; how about yours?

According to human psychology, we correlate things in such a way that thinking about one thing immediately leads to thinking about another. This is exactly why we experience Monday blues. Most of us don't like what we do, yet we have to do it to make ends meet. Because the concept of work makes us anxious, the prospect of beginning a not-so-appealing task for a week makes us tremendously uneasy.
This means that if you enjoy your job, you won't have any Monday blues!
That is exactly my situation, and I am grateful to God and the upper management in my organization for making my job so enjoyable.
I recently learned the following from my company's senior management:
Never stop learning; even your juniors have something to teach you.
Never have the ego to seek assistance.
Always maintain your dignity.
Thank the people for their time and effort.
Recognize that we are humans, not robots.
Always keep in touch with your contacts.
Have empathy for your juniors; you were once in their shoes.
I've been with Parexel?for six?months?already, and it's been the most fascinating month of continual learning, humility, gratitude, and empathy
I learned so much.
Every day, I wake up full of enthusiasm, energy, and excitement to offer my all here. That is the power of a positive, learning, and growing workplace environment.
P.S.- Just a friendly reminder that nothing is worth your mental health and peace of mind. If you're not getting it, it's time to make a change. Have a wonderful week, everyone!
