My Miracle Morning

This summer I had the pleasure of listening to @CameronHerold talk for #EntrepreneurOrganisation event in London. Thank you Cameron for sharing these life changing lessons. My biggest take away's were the Vivid Vision and #MiracleMorning book #GameChanger #MustRead.

Thanks to these strategies, I now get up before the alarm and have mornings to myself to work on me, before the businesses.

I have more energy and less stress just from a simple evening and morning routine from following Life S.A.V.E.R.S.

S - silence

Meditation. Prayer. Breathing. Whatever it is for you, the idea is to quiet your mind block out the chatter, and start the day with calm thoughts

A - affirmations

Encouraging words you tell yourself to achieve your goals, overcome fears be healthy and happy, and live out your purpose.

V - visualisation

Imagine yourself doing each thing step by step that you need to do to accomplish your goals. Then imagine what it will feel like when you succeed. 

E - exercise

It doesn't have to be powerlifting or long distance running. just do some bodyweight exercises for 5 minutes to get the blood and oxygen flowing to the brain.

R - reading

Fill your brain with positive thoughts and ideas to improve yourself. Learn the knowledge of people who have accomplished the things you want to do.

S - scribing

Writing or journaling is a great way to process your thoughts and reflect on your life. it will help you be more self-aware and more articulate.

Since reading TMM book I’ve changed my routine to work perfectly for me!

My Miracle Morning starts the night before, when I plan my day and pack my bag!

I journal and write down my top 3 priorities and when its time to go to sleep I read (no devices).


Wake at 5.45 give or take.

Brush teeth and drink a bottle of water.

Stretch / Yoga and do breathing exercises 10mins.

Make bulletproof coffee and drink it on the way to the office while reading my affirmations.

Either swim or workout for 30-40 mins. 

Check the news and social media over breakfast before I get to my desk.

8.30am I get to the desks and start the day with my top 3 priorities checklists!
