My Mental Well-being Journey

Every October 10, World Mental Health Day is celebrated to raise awareness about mental health. In addition, the World Health Organization (WHO) has launched a global campaign for mental health issues, designating the theme for 2022 as 'making mental health a priority.

It is necessary to know where we are on our life journey to know the following steps; below are a couple of my thoughts that helped me with my well-being in the last century.

Are you an embodiment of inner strength and empathy?

The best way to maintain your mental health is to have a healthy lifestyle, which includes having a good family and friends and managing your work. If you know mental well-being, this is great; if not, we aim to support you in taking the proper steps.

How to use mindfulness to boost your mental well-being journey?

The techniques learned over the years help regulate a person's blood pressure and circulation to reduce stress and anxiety. They've also helped those with sleep disorders, restlessness, exhaustion, and more. Just build in some mindfulness in your daily routines.

A perfect yoga flow to start the day.

After the awareness-raising session, it will be easier for you to keep your mental well-being intact and avoid burnout. With these Mental Well-being resources, we will equip you with practical pointers from our own experiences. For example, it's vital to push aside work at lunchtime and manage your energy wisely to not succumb to a lack of personal time. If you're constantly stressed, learn about the beliefs and thoughts that cause your stress. You'll find out what causes your stress, what to do about it, and ways to prevent future stress.

What is the difference between fixed and growth mindsets is.

We often forget that challenges and problems are part of everyday work life. This can be discouraging if they trigger a feeling that you should do many things better.?Unfortunately, these feelings to improve yourself are coupled with a so-called "fixed mindset". In the lecture, psychologist Juliane Hoss explains how you can have a "growth mindset". She is more inclined towards accepting these challenges as an opportunity to develop and learn something new - strategies which can also help if you have worries or fears in your everyday professional life.

Strengths help you to grow your mental well-being.

Our brains are the most complex matter in the known universe and differ from person to person. However, they significantly affect your workplace and mental well-being. Strengths are associated with resilience and mental fitness. People who use their strengths every day are more than three times as likely to report an excellent quality of life, and how they use their strengths helps them navigate crises in everyday life. So it would be best if you learned how to apply your strengths to develop and grow to be your best at work or in your personal life.
