My Mental Health Journey, Why I am Here Today & How You Can Change Your Life

My Mental Health Journey, Why I am Here Today & How You Can Change Your Life

Well I guess you can say a return has been made,

an escape that resulted in ever confinement,

released from the inner turmoil from the time we arrived,

then…

A thought

the process,

recorded ever so detailed,

but never no simple,

let go

and just left to die in,

a place so evil…

But we call home and you call fortune,

spinning in mass circles inevitable of aborting..

Waste side of the pool of glory,

this is your life,

my life,

another true story...

Lee Everette, MS, CPBA, CPDFA, CPCA, Thanks for taking the time to tag me, please keep doing that and again I love hearing great stories of overcoming and this was no exception. A few tremendous moments that I caught in watching that are important for EVERY SINGLE PERSON. And certainly have been for me. 1. How our brokenness equips us and can lead us to a passion in helping and serving others. At the least, it helps is to be the best we can be right where we are. By-product? Hyper- Focus is taken off of our own issues and balance begins to happen for us. 2. The power of belief. How another person showing belief in us empowers us and can equalize or reverse those negative thought patterns. 3. Impacting our circle of influence can last for a lifetime but theres a catch. We don’t control the duration of that lifetime so make it count. Doing life together, lifting others up, authenticity matters. Thanks for the thought inspiring post!
