My MBA graduation

Achieving success in completing my MBA has been a profound journey, marked by challenges that tested my resilience and determination. The obstacles I faced were numerous, but they served as stepping stones rather than stumbling blocks, pushing me to grow both personally and professionally.

Throughout the studies, I encountered the passing of my dad due to long term illness, the COVID-19 pandemic which impact our lives, and the need to balance academic responsibilities with my existing commitments. There were moments when the pressure seemed insurmountable, but I persisted, driven by a deep sense of purpose.

Gratitude fills my heart as I reflect on the unwavering support of my family, friends, and mentors who stood by me during moments of self-doubt.

I would also like to give my biggest thanks to 恩智浦半导体 for sponsoring my studies. Also, not forgotten my organization VP Stephan Lehmann and manager H.N. Tay . Their encouragement became a pillar of strength, reinforcing my belief in the importance of a strong support system to be able to contributes my learning and experiences, creating values to the organization and team.

One of the most significant motivations behind my pursuit of this master degree is the desire to be a role model for my two children. I wanted to show them the power of perseverance, the importance of education, and the fulfillment that comes from setting and achieving ambitious goals. Being a parent in the midst of an intense academic program was undoubtedly demanding, but it fueled my determination to lead by example.

As I stand at the threshold of this achievement, I am filled with a profound sense of accomplishment and the knowledge that the path to success is rarely smooth. The MBA has equipped me with not only the knowledge and skills essential for my chosen field but also the resilience to face future challenges with confidence.

In the eyes of my two kids, I hope they see a myself as a parent who embraced challenges, juggled responsibilities, and emerged victorious. My completion of the MBA program is not just a personal triumph; it is a legacy of perseverance and an embodiment of the belief that education is a powerful tool for shaping a brighter future.
