My Marathon Story -

I will be running the London Marathon on 28 April to raise money for Inscape House School who support children and young adults with disabilities, autism and social, emotional and mental health difficulties.

As a dad of five, I first got involved with The Together Trust five years ago, just before my son was born. I was so touched by learning about the work of the trust and how they support young people and families that I decided immediately to become a member and I took on the role of Governor at Inscape House School.

Running really isn't my "thing" if I'm totally honest and training has been tough so far; in fact the 26-mile run across London in April, just 5 weeks away, leaves me petrified!

I really don’t like running! The last running I did was a 6k fun run when I was 19 - quite a long time ago!

Although there are countless charities that all need supporting, please help support me in reaching my fundraising goal; to buy books to fill a library for autistic children.

Support me running The 2019 London Marathon and follow this link to make a donation!

Thank you.

Nigel.
