1. Goal Setting: Agree and set objectives within a clearly specified time period. To achieve the desired goals It can be measured using a set of criteria. Each employee can have the same or different goals. But it should be aligned with the goals of the team and company.

2. Performance Monitoring : Measuring progress and results at regular intervals after goals have been set. It is a very important step in reviewing goals. and methods that are appropriate to the current environment In order to achieve long-term goals Guidelines for measuring operational progress

– Providing feedback efficiently and regularly So that employees know what they do well. and things that can still be developed further Including the expectations of the supervisor that How do you want it to develop?
