My Management concept
I appreciate that everyone on the team maintains their own unique personality, but as a leader, you have to understand what each person is capable of. For people with different abilities, targeted help and task allocation. This is the best way to help them grow and get the results you want.
So I think I must improve my cognitive ability. Having a clear understanding of yourself and each member of your team, of course, is not easy and takes years of experience. Sometimes, the approach that some people give may be good, but it may not be applicable to the entire team at the moment. So I'm asking everyone to act in a way that's consistent with what you want. You have to have your own management characteristics and style, you have to be decision-making sometimes, and when there are different voices in the team, you have to stand up and make decisions and take responsibility for your own decisions.
Therefore, my management has the characteristics of stages, and I make different sales plans at any time according to the target market, target customers and the status quo of team members.
