My Love Letter To PJA Advertising + Marketing

To My PJA family,

Deep breath.

I know people usually send this email on their last day, but since mine is tomorrow and so many folks aren’t here for me to say a proper, “see you around the block”, I’m sending it today.

Ok, where does one start to say goodbye for now, when the last three years of my job life have been pretty damned perfect. When I reached out to Phil almost 4 years ago, asking him “do you have a me” and he said “what exactly is a you” and he suggested we meet for coffee so I could explain, my life changed for the better, in so many ways. 

I have had the honor of being able to bring a large majority of you folks, into PJA and watch you share your gifts and talent with the agency. And the ones who were here when I started, you made me feel like family day one. I’ve grown in so many ways personally and professionally, that I hardly recognize that girl who returned to work in 2007, after being home for six years raising babies. You’ve allowed me to do that. Thank you.

Phil Johnson/Mike O’Toole, I can’t thank you both enough for showing me and the rest of your gang, what stellar, honest, genuine, smart & caring leadership looks like. It’s what inspires the folks who walk these halls daily. 
So, I won’t (and can’t) say “good-bye”. I’ll say, “see ya soon!”.
