“ In Beginning something which I thought was impractical a month ago has become the New Normal “.
Initially working from home was a challenging task to manage the design team remotely keeping everyone motivated and productive in this lockdown, but soon after we learnt and identified the process of working remotely. We as a team now are much more organised, motivated, & productive!
“Positivity is something which I chase from my surroundings” so what better than the balcony gardening :) every morning I spend some time on my balcony where I interact with small plants! I see them growing each day, feel close to nature and the power of the universe that makes my day full of life and hopes.
Photography is therapy for me which is keeping me engaged and helping me to find inner peace .
I try to stay active throughout the day, I do help in cooking and other household things, as i believe Good Food= Good Mood !
Post my breakfast I head to my workstation, now this is something which I am really passionate about , having said that I try to keep my team members equally motivated and maintain the team spirit and try to be efficient.
Although I am missing the physical interaction with my colleagues. Having lighter moments or just having a coffee with my team or getting excited about a project or celebrating a success, is something I dearly miss!
These are tough times and so it is very important for all of us to keep ourselves positive & come out of it, becoming stronger and wiser. We shouldn't panic , this is an opportunity to spend quality time with our loved ones, practice your hobbies, learn new skills, improve knowledge, watch movies & virtually catch up with relatives and old friends.
