My LinkedIn Top Posts and Metrics for 2023

My LinkedIn Journey

Back in 2019, I had just come off of a painful learning lesson in having to shut down my first startup project.

To drive more visibility and awareness for my work and next startup, I had to come of out my shell and start posting publicly.

I come from an engineering background, and I had no idea how to market myself on LinkedIn. Before sharing my first post, I remember being extremely anxious of what everyone would think.

But now, 4 years in, I've managed to get a little better at squashing some of my inner-fears. But more importantly, I've been able to share my learnings, insights and make valuable connections.

My LinkedIn Metrics for 2023

2023 has been quite a successful year for me in terms of LinkedIn content and keeping in line with what I had in terms of goals for RoadMetrics AI . Some highlights for me include,

  • posting on average 4-6 times a week and maintaining consistency,
  • being a part of the LinkedIn UK Creator Program for emerging content creators,
  • growing my connections/followers close to 21k,
  • wrapping up 2023 with ~1.5 million post impressions and 10,235 engagements
