My learnings and recommendation from 2020

Dear all,

I don't want to miss to say thank you for your support and feedbacks. A big thank you goes to my partners and community out there.

As so many of you asked me how the year was for me and how I managed different situation this year, I decided to share with you my learnings out of this very special year. ?

It was and it's still a tough year and I learned that sometimes we cannot influence change but we can react to change.

We learned to build relationships in a whole new way, we created the hybride workplace and we learned that we are entering in a world of trust

We had to re-evaluate our sense of purpose, the way we work and how we plan to thrive in the new normal

We all had to accelerate workplace transformation to drive a culture of innovation

We had to learn and take full advantage of our technology to maximize flexibility

Security has a much more profound meaning since this year for me- its not about technology security only, its about security of our employees, customers, family & community

Our mental health is a top priority to support unexpected daily change and challenges

One year of social distancing, but strong emotional proximity and reprioritization about what really matters

I learned to work with my Kids surrounding me all the time, and we discovered together a new way of work and a new way to stay together at home.

AND I discovered that my place to be this year was my kitchen..???

My recommendation to you

• change always for the better
• knowing your worth
• staying true to your vision
• learn new skills #bwbw ??
• never give up even you are the only one who believes in it ??
• make a lot of mistakes - its where your growth happens ??
• don't take anything for granted - all what we have is a gift ?
• self - care Isn't just for the weekends or your days off
• anything that costs you your peace is too expensive - let it Go ??
• focus on what you can change and not what you don't
• If today doesn't go as planned, you can always try again tomorrow ?
• 3 things even a pandemic will never change: Love, Family and Time ? take care of it!
• and finally nothing lasts forever

We are very fortunate to be where we are and as I always say, our MISSION is to create opportunities for OTHERS now and always! ?
