My learning and key takeaways from Agile virtual experience By Forage

A paradigm shift in how people and teams interact, learn, and adapt in a virtual environment is represented by Forage's Agile Virtual Experience. Agile approaches are used in the virtual experience, and iterative learning is prioritized. Participants go through cycles of learning, trying new things, and making adjustments in response to feedback. This iterative method enables participants to regard failure as a chance for progress, accelerating learning and fostering continual improvement.

The virtual experience consisted of 6 individual tasks each of which was designed in such a manner as to improve your understanding of agile methodologies and scrum framework in an easy and fun manner. Since these tasks were on the practical side it was more engaging and fun to work on.

By virtue of these tasks, I gained hands-on experience with Trello, a user-friendly tool. that uses a visual board-based system to help individuals and teams organize tasks, projects, and information.

As part of the tasks, I had an opportunity to write user story, and assign story points, the importance of maintaining a product backlogs, how crucial it is to have honest and clear-cut communication between team members, and effect of proper time management during each sprint on the end product

The program was successfully able to emphasize the scrum framework procedure in a proper orderly manner starting from product backlog refinement to sprint retrospective.
