Dear All,
I just wanted to contact you to let you know how appalled I am at your level of customer service.
I enquired about a chair base on your contact us form on the website on Monday. Having heard absolutely nothing back I called your business about lunchtime yesterday. I spoke to a very nice lady who tried to put me through to someone in sales but there was no one picking up the phone so she informed me that someone would call me back.
At approximately 4.30pm I called your company again and spoke to the same nice lady I had spoken to earlier. She was apologetic that no one had called me back and tried to re-route my call to your sales department but again no one was there to pick up the phone and so I was told she would pass on the message and get someone to call me back.
It is now 10.39am on Friday morning and I still haven’t had a call from anyone at your company. As I spend my time trying to get my furniture collection in front of very busy people I am delighted when we receive an enquiry as it makes our lives so much easier as on the other end of the phone or email is someone whom has made time in their busy day to actually contact us. Obviously you don’t appear to treat customer enquiries with the same enthusiasm.
Thankfully I have found another furniture component supplier whom has responded quickly, efficiently and professionally to my response for a price for some chair bases for a live project.
