My journey...
Since it has been 4 months since I joined IPERION I thought it was time to share an update.
One of the main reasons to join IPERION was the possibility to help shape the future.
Not only by talking, but by doing.
My personal motivation is closely linked with the company’s drivers to:
- Change the industry by increased interoperability using standards
- Increase efficiency and speed of introduction of medicines
- Increase the accessibility and accuracy of product information leading to better use
- Re-balance the attention from admin tasks towards value added activities at both industry and regulators
- Reduce duplication of activities at regulators through interoperability, common process design and concentration of knowledge
Changing to a new company always goes with some challenges, but Team Iperion made me feel quickly at home. Right from the start collaborating together on projects and discussing new opportunities. I sincerely thank you for that!
And thanks to you (our clients and prospects) for the interest in our company.
Right from the start, I’ve had excellent discussions about how structured data can be used to increase interoperability, to drive a change towards data driven organizations, which ultimately should end up as quicker, better quality and more information to the patients.
IPERION does have unique expertise, a telling vision and a proven track record and it is amazing to see this resonating at our clients and prospects.
And even my biggest fear of working full-time with Frits is better than expected! ?? Although it can be sometimes bloody irritating to be confronted with challenging questions, it has been absolutely a blast and amazing to work together facing tough discussions and lobbying moments within the Telematics Network. Thank you Frits!
There have been a lot of trips from conferences in Greece, to meetings at EMA at the temporary building in the Netherlands, to Finland, Italy, Germany, back to Spain. Trainings on the future of telematics in Barcelona, London, Frankfurt, Amsterdam still to come.
The trips did have an impact on my personal life. Thanks for the flexibility and sorry Marc that I was not there always... I promise to do better next year (like every year... ?) !
My journey is to be continued and I'm looking forward for any opportunity to shape a better future.
