My journey as Marketing Strategist at Paanduv Applications: Lessons, challenges, and culture

Greetings to all the readers! I am Arpit Gupta I have a Master's in Computer Application and currently, I am working as a Marketing Strategist at Paanduv Applications.

I'm excited to share with you my experience working at the Paanduv Applications.

How did I land at the Paanduv Office??

I could never imagine that I would work with a company with the core technical domain as its expertise, specifically computational modeling. As a matter of fact, I did not know what computational modeling was, and I was unsure of how to make such a drastic transition into a tech organization.?

I was looking for a new opportunity in digital marketing and I found Paanduv through Linkedin. I received a call and appeared for an interview and got selected for the role of Marketing Strategist. With my experience in digital marketing, content creation, and SEO optimization, I was confident I would give them an edge over their competitors. Through my passion for my subject matter and zeal for learning new things, I was able to land a job opportunity at Paanduv.

What does Paanduv do and how it fascinated me?

Paanduv Applications is a company that has three verticals:? computational modeling consulting services, software development (R&D), and academic training (PA3P). Paanduv Applications was founded by Adwaith Gupta in the year 2020. It is situated at 124, Parwana Nagar, Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh.?

How would a marketing personnel work effectively unless there is a clear understanding of the services and the product?

My journey to the Paanduv office began with researching different Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) consulting companies and learning about their products and services and finding the gaps in them. By gaining a better understanding of the industries and their applications, I could figure out what our strengths are and where we need to upgrade ourselves. Since then, I have been able to use my skill set to bring something different to the table, meanwhile expanding it by knowledge sharing with my colleagues. This personal growth is increasing day by day and I can clearly sense it. My fascination with this work comes from self-growth, the confidence boosts from the team and my direct contribution to the financial growth and brand-building of the company.?

My experience with Paanduv

Paanduv has allowed me to explore new avenues and use my knowledge and skillset in digital marketing to help grow the business. It has also given me a platform to hone my skills as a content creator which in return will help Paanduv grow.

It's been three months since I joined Paanduv Applications and it has been an amazing journey so far. This is a wonderful opportunity to work with a great team and gain valuable work experience. It is a great way to gain new experiences, meet new people, and learn about different cultures.

I had the chance to learn more about the company culture, meet some of my colleagues, and get acquainted with all the processes. On top of that, I had the opportunity to work on some exciting projects which allowed me to showcase my skills and knowledge.

Overcoming the challenge?

I have 8 years of experience working with digital agencies as a digital marketing professional.

The biggest challenge was to understand the company's technical background, shape that into content, and make them relevant to the CFD market.?

The R&D team helped to make me understand the technical aspects and some physics. The rest was up to me to move ahead with extensive research on the industries and their current requirements. The team also provided me the organized data of case studies of different industries, and validations helped me update the website www.paanduvapplications.com.?

Everyone at the company was welcoming and supportive, Especially Adwaith Gupta, CEO of Paanduv Applications, who made the transition much easier. With the help of my colleagues on the R&D team Dr. Manoj Joishi,?Dr. Rimzhim Gupta, and Dr. Gaurav Chhaparwal, I quickly settled in and got used to the new environment. It has been an amazing journey so far and I am looking forward to what lies ahead!

With the help of the team, I was able to quickly get up to speed on the various tools and processes that they use. This gave me an amazing opportunity to learn and develop my skills while making meaningful contributions to the organization.

We work together on assigned tasks and play badminton regularly in the evening.

I am also looking forward to getting to know the people in my team, their strengths, and weaknesses, and how we can help each other as a team in times of need. The thought of being part of such a great team fills me with enthusiasm and motivation.?
