Many people have asked me what I learned about Lean Construction and how I learned about Lean Construction. The quick answer is: I haven't, and I feel like I will never, and nobody will. Lean is a continuous improvement process. Although I've been in Construction for over 20 years, specifically since 2019 on the tech side, there's always something new to learn and improve.
