Introduction
My journey in the hospitality industry began at the Faculty of Tourism and Hotels, where I graduated from the Department of Hotel Management. Little did I know that this foundation would lead to a fulfilling career spanning over 21 years, with 3 Years spent in Egypt and 18 of those years spent in the dynamic environment of United Arab Emirates.

During my time at the college, I developed a passion for the art of hospitality. The rigorous curriculum and practical experiences provided me with a solid grounding in hotel operations, guest service, and management principles. I graduated with a desire to make my mark in the industry, eager to apply my knowledge in a real-world setting.

I began my professional journey in Egypt with IHG & Hilton in 2006 moved to the UAE, a hub of hospitality that allowed me to immerse myself in a diverse and rapidly evolving market. Over the years, I have gained extensive experience in various aspects of hotel management, including operations, strategic planning, and customer experience enhancement.
