Spring 2024 Internship: My Journey of Growth and Learning at Amsive

As the spring sun sets on my internship at Amsive, I find myself filled with gratitude and enriched with experience. These past few months have been nothing short of transformative, providing me with an invaluable peek into the dynamic world of Digital Marketing, Marketing Automation & Data Analysis & Insights.

Joining Amsive as an intern this time working with the Customer Intelligence team, I was eager to apply my academic knowledge in a real-world setting and curious to see how solutions are crafted at the forefront of industry innovation. Amsive did not disappoint. From day one, I was welcomed into a team that was not only talented and driven but also deeply committed to mentorship and collaboration.

A highlight of my internship was the opportunity to work on Salesforce Marketing Cloud & Microsoft Azure Synapse Analytics, performing Digital Marketing Campaign measurements, tracking and analysis for varied clients and also conducting Data Analysis using MS Excel & Azure Synapse. This continuous and on-going process of handling the backend responsibilities not only sharpened & developed my analytical, technical skills, which are predominantly required as an Analyst in the corporate world but also taught me the importance of learning, evolving, strategic planning & teamwork. The feedback and guidance provided by my mentors were instrumental in helping me refine my approach and broaden my perspective.

The culture at Amsive, which fosters innovation and continuous learning, has made a significant impact on me both professionally and personally. Participating in workshops and attending sessions with industry leaders were enriching experiences that enhanced my understanding of the industry and my future career path.

As I move forward, I carry with me not only the practical skills and knowledge I have gained but also the professional relationships and networks that I've built. I am particularly grateful to Allison Olson , Elizabeth Toy , Jamie Sullivan & Joseph Woll for their support and guidance throughout this journey.
