On July 2016, i was appointed as a deputy project manager one of the main reasons is the risk taking approach, putting aside the fears of being in the front line and approaching the challenges, all what it takes is to be prepared and to spare time to study and analyze the challenges, prepare a multi optional plan and do not ever bind your mind to certain solution.

October 15th 2017: I Was appointed as a project manager for Transit Systems Targets (Time, Revenues, Building Relationships, Quality, Reputation) 60 months of setting targets, achieving targets, challenging the targets, YES Target is a magical word and soon you orient your mind to targets you become an addict. In my opinion, each one of us must have the skill of balancing the targets with the aim to achieve all of it in balanced approach, the target is not only time, revenues and quality, the previous 3 targets must be always enveloped and governed by the most critical ones in my opinion (Building Relationships, Reputation). it is hard balance but once achieved you have a solid base to move forward.
