My Journey in IT: From a Break to a Breakthrough ??

I wanted to share a personal milestone that holds immense significance for me. I recently received my first appreciation email since joining the IT industry. While this might seem like a small achievement to many, for me, it marks a beautiful beginning after a challenging hiatus.

With around 8 years of experience in the IT sector, I took a career break of 2 years to dedicate myself to my children. The decision to return to work and upgrade my skills was met with various obstacles, both personal and societal. I faced pressures from my in-laws and parents, who believed that focusing solely on raising my kids should be my priority at this stage of life.

However, amidst these challenges, my husband stood by my side as my pillar of strength. He supported me at every step, encouraging me to pursue my aspirations and restart my career. Without his unwavering support, my dreams might have remained just that – dreams.

This journey has taught me resilience, determination, and the importance of having a supportive network. To anyone facing similar challenges or contemplating a career restart, remember that it's never too late to pursue your dreams.
