My Internship journey with IFORTIS CORPORATE, INDIA

? Hello , I’m Pratiksha kanse, currently pursuing BBA from unity degree college affiliate to Andhra university. I always wanted to develop my knowledge and skill in management and explore it to higher.

My journey with IFORTIS corporate for an internship program as a marketing and sales intern was a very good learning experience that I would admire ,it was full of learning new things exploring if and having experience which will help in further and also help to acquire (or)gain new skills. And learn more about marketing and sale intern.

? INTERNSHIP PROJECT : STEP AHEAD

The first task assigned to me was on the Project :STEP AHEAD – INDIA`s first and largest school fiesta . This project was to bring together students from the world and provide them the spotlight for them where they can showcase their skills , like reading , writing , singing , painting, drama , dancing , and many more . They will be provided certificates . It is an international level competition to secure a place in the unique world records initiated by the company.

My role was to convince the students and tell them about the competition and make them participate in the events , I was introduced to the sales and marketing process , by this assigned project I required necessary skills in the sales and marketing field which will further added to

my experience.

? CHALLENGE :

During this project I came across challenge , but I convinced the student to take part in that some were ignoring , gaining trust of the student . I started thinking and listing out my weak points which makes stronger to convince the students . I made the strategy plan . Once again tried approaching my ideas to my target to convince students . At last finally I achieve my goal .

? Life at IFORTIES Corporate :

IFORTIS corporate internship opportunities helped me to develop various skill like communication , creative thinking , sales , pitching , and building confidence , gaining knowledge, etc .Which will aslo help me in my professional life.

? TEAM LEADER :

I would like to thank MS . GONTLA SAI SRIJA . As a mentor she supported me and also motivated me throughout the internship process. Her support helped me to do the work, she guided me to complete my assigned task on the given time . Her guidance and hard work throughout the process was appreciable .

?COMPANY FUTURE GOALS :

IFORTIES corporate is stepping into apparel manufacturing industry (textile for manufacturing industry) . This corporate will be an ambitious mission to create more employees and many will be experienced by this . And gives opportunity for all men , women , youth across India and helping them to become they own decisions and self – reliant with focus on the quality , workers safety and welfare , social responsibility and customer satisfaction .
