My internship experience with AmplifAI

As a graduate student majoring in Business Analytics at The University of Texas at Dallas, this spring semester has been a rewarding experience for me in terms of learning new technologies. I joined AmplifAI as a data science intern for?spring.?AmplifAI?is an innovative startup that uses advanced open-source developments happening in the AI and Machine learning space enhance the performance of the Agents in the contact center.

I worked with?AmplifAi?research and development team to develop the anomaly detection to detect the anomaly in the file system. I have also worked on generating Dynamic Positive Messaging for the agents, as a part of this project I leveraged the use of GPT-3 to generate dynamic positive messages for motivating the agents every time they login. I have also worked on a project known as SMART Goals, wherein we experimented with various time series models like ARIMA, LSTM, RNN to set the achievable goals to agents based on the agents past performances. As a part of the internship, I also had the opportunity to deploy the model using flask and docker.

My coursework “Applied Machine Learning”, “Database Foundations” and “Advanced Statistics for Data Science” helped me understand the concepts of the activities that I performed during my internship.
