My Interesting Weekend

Interesting Weekend. Showed a Penthouse unit at 20 trees Apartment, 3556sf with 4+1+1 bedroom to 2 different buyers. 

1st buyer hated the unit. The location, the access, the flooring, the hairline crack, the empty land opposite this development. Bit difficult for the wife to see anything beyond the goods. 

2nd buyer loved the unit so much. Loving the fact that it comes with a massive balcony overlooking the hills, loving the breeze and how the unit have high potential for renovation to their taste. Knowing the fact that a similar property in the city is listed almost triple the price.

A potential of a property need to be seen beyond its negative side, but nevertheless, you will need to 'feel' it. You will need to weight the pro and cons. None of this buyer is wrong, in general human are different. As an agent, its really not about what you are selling, its about you. I love my job and surprised myself on how passionate I feel about it. And the fact that your client is happy spending their weekend with you is extremely rewarding. 

A house is just a building, a home is what you made it into.
