What can you do to control the over whelming amounts of email you receive? 

Everyone's favourite - Delete, Delete if it's important they will send it again. 

This was the response I got from a customer of mine. I was shocked, but kept a straight face. 

It doesn't have to be this way. Set some rules. Move all messages re subscriptions to "Business Subscriptions " folder. Move emails where I have been CC'd to folder "Review".
